New Season Info

We had another coach’s meeting last night and a lot of information was given out along with fund-raiser raffle tickets and team rosters.

The raffle ticket fund-raiser along with the team sponsor fees pay for new equipment, insurance, team jerseys and a number of other costs. Raffle ticket money and sponsor fees ($150.00) are due at the next coach’s meeting Tuesday, April 3rd.  This meeting will be held at the Wool Bowl Softball Field at 6:30pm.

Game Dates:
Now that all the teams have been established the game schedules for all of the age divisions are being built and will be available soon.  Games will be held on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s this season. If you are a coach with the RGSA and you find you have a scheduling conflict with games on these days please send in your conflicting dates by March 22nd.  If you find you have a conflict after the schedule has been issued after March 22nd it is your responsibility to contact the other coach to reschedule.  Don’t forget you must also contact Chris Martinez, 575-578-9084, to coordinate the new time and date as well as verify an umpire is scheduled also.
