It’s Finally Time!!!

2015 is finally here and spring is just around the corner.  The RGSA is about to kick-off early registration for our spring softball season so get your power-laces on and get ready.

We will be taking early registration from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm on Saturdays, Jan. 31st, Feb. 7th & Feb. 14th for $50 per player.  Late registration will take place on  Saturdays, Feb. 21st & Feb. 28th. for $60 per player.

Our team age divisions range from 5 years old all the way up to 14, but you’ll need to show a birth certificate to get your girl in the game.  We’ll be at the Charlie McVay Softball Complex on North Grand Ave. (next to the Wool Bowl).

Don’t forget, we’re not just looking for players.  Anyone interested in being a coach is more than welcome.  Just image the feeling you’ll get from teaching a little girl to throw straight.


You just don’t forget something like that!!

    I have a friend thats also wanting to put her child in it he child is 7. How often are practices? They’re not sure they can do it if it’s every night

      The team practice schedules are not made by the league. Those are set by the individual team coaches. With that said, it is very unlikely that a team in that age division would practice everyday of the week. Most coaches will practice two or maybe three times a week and will try and coordinate that schedule with the team families as best they can. It doesn’t do them any good to have seven practices a week if almost none of the players can make it.
