First,  PLAYER REGISTRATION FORMS.
Remember, your player’s age division is defined by how old they are on August 1st of this year.
Here is the age division break-down:
6&7 year olds in the 7U,  –  7U FORM
8&9 year olds in the 9U,  –  9U FORM
10&11 year olds in the 11U,  –  11U FORM
12&13 year olds in the 13U  –  13U FORM
14&15 year olds in the 15U  –  15U FORM

Click on the age division you need and print out the registration form.

Don’t forget your player’s birth certificate, it is required.
