All 2017 experienced & inexperienced USSSA Softball Umpires. The Roswell Girls Softball Association will be hosting a state umpire clinic on Monday, February 13th at 6pm. UIC, Bo Roscoe will be presenting the clinic at Smith Engineering Co. 401 N Pennsylvania Ave., Roswell NM (next door to the post office). All 2017 R.G.S.A. Umpires will be REQUIRED to be state certified & attend at least one state clinic.
